I waited 4 episodes to really get into this novel for a longer period of time
I wanted to give myself a chance to appreciate the gift we were given of the many leading actors who contributed to this work, which, by the way, despite mixed reviews, is entertaining and well-received by many.
Many viewers have been told stories from a similar point of view, but this point of view remains exciting in this case as you move into a more convoluted but well-considered plot with the main characters, each of whom confidently grabs our attention as they appear
Halfway through the series, we can’t yet tell if that sense of urgency will hold up at its current level as we learn more about what’s going on, but given the subject matter at hand, the budget, and the pool of talent they were able to bring to the screen, it’ll be hard to miss the landing, especially given the series’ solid foundation.
