To be fair, he was an excellent actor. The singing parts just didn’t win me over. However, the film was an excellent closing chapter to the much less degraded life of Maria Callas.
However, it touches on many sensitive moments that shaped his career
He was a wonderful soul whose talent was valued and appreciated in equal measure. It contains the last 7 days of his life and uses flashbacks to explore his journey. It wears you down to the point where you can’t distinguish between his delusions and genuine memories.
